Mr. Moshood revealed ongoing plans to extend this service to other national airports, aligning with Minister Keyamo’s vision to enhance airport infrastructures. He stated, “Travelers, both domestic and international, can now access free Wi-Fi at both NAIA and MMIA terminals. This service allows you to stay online, browse with ease, and ensure a more pleasant travel experience.”

Passengers should search for the ‘NCC Free Airport Wi-Fi’ network to connect. “There’s no need for your digital life to be on hold while you wait at the airport. Take advantage of the Wi-Fi to stream music or download your favorite shows on Netflix,” Moshood added.

The expansion of free Wi-Fi to other airports is in progress, supporting the ministerial goal of improving aviation infrastructure nationwide. Previously, the lack of Wi-Fi at airports was due to administrative delays between the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA). Minister Keyamo addressed these issues, designating NAMA as the provider of Wi-Fi services.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to meet international aviation standards and enhance the connectivity experience for passengers in transit.
